RoofPriceCheck provides informational roofing cost estimates and connects homeowners with independent licensed roofing contractors. RoofPriceCheck is not a roofing contractor, does not hold a contractor license, does not perform, supervise, or subcontract construction work, and does not provide quotes, bids, or offers to perform work. Our service to you is free. We are compensated by the contractors we connect you with.
Estimates are not quotes
Every figure this site displays is an approximation built from regional pricing data and automated roof measurements. Actual costs vary based on an on-site inspection, material selection and grade, site conditions, access, permits, and each contractor's own pricing. We make no guarantee that any estimate matches the price a contractor will offer, and no estimate creates any obligation for anyone to perform work at any price.
Independent contractors, no endorsement
The contractors we connect you with are independent businesses. They are not our employees, agents, or partners in any legal sense, and we do not supervise or guarantee their work, pricing, licensing, or insurance. You are responsible for vetting any contractor before hiring them, including verifying their license status with the California Contractors State License Board at cslb.ca.gov. Any contract for roofing work is solely between you and the contractor, and any dispute about that work is between you and them.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or another person's information.
- Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or bulk-submit data on the site.
- Interfere with the operation or security of the site.
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
